A large FMCG company based in Jeddah, working with an inspirational and seasoned CHRO
Description
* Support the business unit with HR initiatives and operations
* Work with the business leader on developing business culture and engagement
* Identify areas for change and improvement
* Manage HR operations for the business unit supporting with recruitment, training and performance management
* Work as part of a matrix HR team and collaborate with your peer HRBPs across the group
Job Offer
The role is based in Jeddah, KSA
Salary 20-25k plus annual bonus
Requirements
* At least 5 years experience in HR with 2 years in a HRBP role
* Must be Saudi National
* Bachelors degree and ideally a HR certification
* A passion for HR and driving culture and engagement
