Overview

The Communication Consultant III will support tactical communication programs and campaigns to support key business objectives and stakeholders.The Communication Consultant III will support tactical communication programs and campaigns to support key business objectives and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

With minimal to moderate assistance of a senior HR Communications Consultant:
- Consults with business leaders, project managers and subject matter experts to determine communication needs.
- Develops and implements strategic communication plans in support of HR programs, policies and services.
- Achieves high engagement by building trust and credibility of stakeholders.
- Coordinates communication and change management activities with multiple partners across the business.
- Develops and presents communications collateral to stakeholders from executives to general employees.
- Designs and conducts online surveys, focus groups and other communication measurements
- Drafts and reviews corporate announcements, including verification of information, consultation with SMEs, and verification of target audience.
- Develops and executes communications for Human Resources Admin Area, Personnel Department, and corporate level projects. This includes developing and implementing strategic communication plans with the assistance of a senior communications consultant.
- Produces a wide variety of communications collateral.
- Manages content on multiple communication channels.
- Crisis management communications: supports senior communication consultant with needed communications or tasks in an event of a crisis.

- BA, BS
- Education Discipline communication, public relations, journalism, marketing, technical writing

Minimum years Experience (total years)

- Special Experience preferably in conjunction with the petroleum industry, or related industries, and HR
