We are currently working for a leading FMCG firm that aims and focuses on growth and expansion that are directly related to creating long-term business partnerships with major global players.

Our client is looking for an HR Director who will oversee the complete HR function of the entire operations.

The successful candidate will be dedicated in developing organisation and human resources strategies, maximising local and global business, providing consultation and guidance to managers regarding resources and resolving HR issues, leading to the organisation’s optimal development.

The HR Director will be accountable for:
- Developing organisation strategies by effectively developing and managing human resources issues, leading on organisational strategic thinking and direction and establishing human resources objectives
- Leading the integration of global programs and business strategies to maximise global and local business results in compliance with local regulations, clients, and culture and workforce expectations
- Supporting the department heads and management team as a strategic partner
- Providing HR partnership and consulting to the country leaders, managers and employees and educating them on available resources as appropriate
- Guiding and coaching managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues (such as performance management and total rewards) as well as to implement / execute core HR programs
- Leveraging best practices and identifying opportunities for efficiencies
- Partnering with team members throughout the HR organisation to communicate and educate on HR policies, procedures and compliance
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines and issues logs for all HR programs

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar discipline (Masters in HR preferred)
- Minimum of 15 years HR experience with last 5 years in a similar or senior HR Leadership role particularly dealing with global talent sourcing, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development
- Candidates from FMCG, pharmaceuticals and medical diagnostics preferred
