NTS Group are working alongside a leading multinational company in Saudi Arabia to recruit an HR Director to be based in Riyadh. This is a top level position that will be driving HR Strategy, implementing policies and procedures, plan the performance management system, prepare the overall HR budget, oversee the L&D program and head up talent management.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for an ambitious, driven and proven HR leader in KSA.
Requirements
- Graduate with a postgraduate degree in HR or Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years as an HR Manager in a multinational company.
- Fluency in English, French and Arabic preferred
- Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
