Employment: Full Time

International hotel chain is currently looking for an experienced HR Director with a luxury hotel experience who is keen to handle the pre-opening of the new property in Al Khobar, KSA. The role would involve establishing HR department, designing & implementing policies and procedures as well as lead the function delivering an engaging employee experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

- Understand the competitive position of the hotel as an employer in the market and create appropriate compensation & benefits structures.
- Experience in implementation of global performance management and talent management and succession planning processes, development and mobility of internal talent, including effective management of promotions, transfers, cross-trainings and task force assignments.

Requirements

- Min 8-15 years of HR experience
- Bachelor degree is a must; any relevant HR certificates would be an advantage
- Strong experience in HR management roles, ideally for an international luxury hotel group
- Experience in creating and implementing a strong employer brand in the local market and beyond, and implementing effective and innovative recruitment, starting with the opening as well as annual seasonal recruitment, as well as an effective on boarding process
