Job description / Role
We are seeking candidates for the position of Human Resource Director for our client in Jeddah, KSA, a leading Leasing, Car Rental, and Fleet Management Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams.
Requirements
Candidate should have minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience handling HR strategic functions, policies & procedures development and implementation, organisation development, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.
- Master in Business Administration in Human Resources or Bachelors with additional certifications (CIPD)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be bilingual (Arabic / English)
- Previous experience in the region with be an added advantage
- Experience in automotive sector will be a plus
- Experience working in start up organisation, will be a plus
