Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global luxury hospitality brand that has more than 1,000 properties worldwide and an excellent reputation in the market. Due to company growth, our client is looking to hire an experienced Saudi National HR Director to join the organisation working in one of their prestigious properties.
You will be responsible for an HR team of 8 people within an incredibly busy hotel with a headcount of over 250. As HR Director you will focus on the management of the HR function from an operational and strategic perspective. The business has specific policies and procedures in place, however, you will be responsible for property and country specific amendments that will need to be made.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a CIPD / Masters in HR management or equivalent coupled with more than 5 years’ experience in a senior HR position. You should be an experienced HR Director within any industry, however it is essential you have a background in the region and have previously dealt with a large and dynamic workforce.
Due to the location of this position, our client has stated a preference for a male candidate. Only Saudi Nationals will be considered for this position.
