Employment: Full Time

Client is one of the leading engineering contracting companies operating across the Middle East, is looking for an experienced, senior, Saudi National, Human Resources Director to oversee one of their largest and fastest growing divisions.

The role is a comprehensive one and requires the successful candidate to fulfil the following responsibilities:
- Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation and benefit plans, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, equal opportunity compliance, and labor relations.
- Guides human resources operations; resolving problems; implementing change.
- Develops organisational strategies by identifying human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organisational objectives.
- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions;
- Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organisation values.
- Develop and monitor HR Budgets. Develop and evaluation plans for cost effectiveness.

- Saudi National
- Highly collaborative, proactive business partner
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted transactions with multiple, inter-related work streams
- Excellent communication skills verbally and written in English.
- Ability to competently facilitate key and relevant information to the management teams as and when required.
- The successful candidate will be a driven energetic individual with a positive can do attitude and will come with a good track - record in the HR function.
