Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the General Manger, we are seeking an HR leader who will be responsible for Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Employee Relations and Welfare, liaising with the concerned Government authorities and other external parties that have an impact on the overall business. Additionally, this role will ensure that harmonious Employee Relations are established and maintained at CAMCO, developing relevant HR policies and procedures that provides advice to management on Employee Relations issues.

Requirements

We invite top Saudi National degree qualified talent to apply for this position who have 10-15 years experience in Human Resources from a public transportation program, railway operations and maintenance contractor or a related industry environment.

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in change leadership and understand the complexities of how to shape an organisation to be a People organisation. The right candidate for this position will be fair, hands on but able to see the big picture, people focused in all areas of the business and HR, outcome driven and commercially astute. Experience and Skills that would be advantageous: Fluency in Arabic, English and/or French. Experience in Greefield projects or significant business expansions in terms of headcount. Mass recruitment expert from the local market and abroad. Transportation industry experience particularly in rail.
