HR Executive - AF Engineering Jeddah - KSA

Recruitment Coordination:
- Attend and receive the walk-ins, phone, and email applicants
- Job Description collection & reviewing with line managers
- Preliminary Interview the candidate
- Coordinate the interview with the respective department heads
- If selected, complete the documentation.
- Communicate with candidates on day-to-day basis
- Prepare the trackers and fulfill the requirements

Operations coordination:
- Coordinate for Joining formalities of new-joiners in the organization
- Leaves and Attendance Management of the HR Staff
- Coordinate for payroll related queries coming from business with HRSS
- Managing advance Salaries, Ad Hoc Bonuses, Incentives etc. with finance
- Coordination in Performance Development Reviews, Engagement Surveys, and other training
- Arrange and manage Exit-Interviews with HRBP and keep records
- Manage the transfer process of the employee between sites
- Full and Final Settlement follow-ups and answer queries in this regards

Employee Relation Coordination:
- Handling all queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Transfer etc.
- Expected to explain the various policies, procedures and benefits to employees.
- Stop all type of rumors and misleading communications arising from time to time.

Requirements

- Graduate with Computer knowledge
- Excellent Excel skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Graduate with minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Secretarial role.
