Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A multinational business is seeking a HR Generalist for their Jeddah office.

Responsbilities:
- Recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, interviews and offer management
- Performance management and implementing training
- Provide HR support to employees
- On boarding administration including handling visas and mobility
- Manage personnel files and monitor absence and annual leave

Requirements

Candidates must be male and be either Jordanian, Egyptian, Pakistani or Indian.

You must have at least 2 years HR Operations experience including recruitment and learning & development.

There is potential for this role to become a management position over time and therefore candidates must demonstrate ambition and drive to succeed.
