HR Generalist

We are currently working for a leading FMCG firm that aims and focuses on growth and expansion that are directly related to creating long-term business partnerships with major global players.

Our client is seeking to engage an HR Generalist to support operating units by implementing human resources programs and solving performance problems.

The HR Generalist will be accountable for:
- Developing and implementing procedures such as talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, safety, succession planning, employee relations and retention, labor relations, completing personnel transactions, communication plans, performance reviews, new hire orientation, training programs and talent assessments
- Facilitating personnel transactions, talent assessments, communication plans, performance reviews, new hire orientation and training programs
- Improving manager and employee performance by identifying problems, evaluating and implementing selected solutions, coaching and counselling managers and employees
- Managing client expectations by communicating project status and issues, resolving concerns, analysing time and cost issues and preparing reports
- Preparing reports by collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends
- Complying with legal requirements and enforcing adherence to requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar discipline
- More than 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Candidates from FMCG, pharmaceuticals and medical diagnostics preferred
