Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an HR Generalist for a multinational Management Consulting firm.
The role of the HR Generalist reports into the Middle East HR Manager. The HR Generalist will work closely with the HR manager to support a comprehensive, strategic HR service to the firm with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration with internal and external client groups in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting:
Point of contact with Universities Career Services/Placements
Manage logistics and prepare materials for employer branding eventsand attend events
Respond to student/candidate inquiries, enter and maintain candidate information in database
Support coordination of Recruiting activities with other offices globally
Manage various recruiting activities across company network (reporting included)

Onboarding:
Manage end to end onboarding process including welcome calls, iqama processing, delivering induction presentation for Riyadh new joiners, and send follow up communication.
Liaise with Dubai HR team for employment contracts and HR documentation for new KSA joiners
Exit process:
Act as point of contact with the leavers and coordinate with them on the returning of their equipment, signed documents, etc.
Oversee exit process for all employees within Riyadh, including the preparation and issuing of final settlements and cancellation of all Iqama’s of employees leaving the business and liaise with relevant departments to ensure effective communication and completion of all exit and repatriation processes

Iqama:
Monitor iqama expiry dates and proactively initiating renewals with PRO
Manage Saudi Exit and Re-entry permit renewals with PRO, and arranging for renewals
Dubai and Saudi visas:
Advise on Saudi visa process and be the escalation point for any issues.
Communicate changes in the Saudi visa process to the wider team
Apply for KSA visa invitation letter for Dubai based employees

Insurance:
Oversee the enrolment of new joiners and deactivation of leavers from the insurance provider's database.
Monthly reporting to finance on insurance accruals.

Pension:
Manage GOSI process and enrolling new KSA joiners in conjunction with PRO
Work with finance to ensure the transfer is conducted on time, prepare monthly statement and approve invoices.
Escalation point on resolving issues pertaining to the pension payment.

General HR:
Keep custody of corporate documents (trade license etc), tracking expiry dates and arranging for renewals
Ensure staff files and archives are in order to keep documents in compliance with labour law and relevant internal procedures.
Support UAE L&D team in coordination of training in Riyadh (book training rooms, attendance check, feedback form collections…etc.)
Update UAE HR on public holiday announcements

Requirements

Required Skills:

A relevant bachelor's degree plus 5 years HR experience, preferably at a professional services firm
Strong knowledge of KSA Labor law
Very strong verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic
Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Organizational skills: ability to handle competing priorities effectively
Resourcefulness and strong problem-solving capability
Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests
Familiarity with managing vendors and outsourced PRO services, desirable
