Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

EMR is an executive search firm that caters to emerging markets and specialises in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a global pharmaceutical that has been a market leader for more than two decades.

Our client is looking to hire an HR Manager to set-up operations within the GCC Region and build a complete HR function, consequently monitoring its progress from laying out the foundations to implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing all HR policies and procedures in accordance with UAE and KSA market and employment laws.

The HR Manager will be accountable for:
- Creating an employee manual with all HR-related tools in conjunction to the company’s recruitment plans, performance management and employee relation issues aligned with long term corporate objectives
- Managing the analysis, maintenance and communication of records mandated by law
- Developing strategies in response to workforce demands
- Implementing succession planning for employees’ professional advancement
- Developing metrics in line with the organisation's business goals

Requirements

- Currently working as an HR Manager in a pharmaceutical company
- More than 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- KSA or UAE experience
- Currently handling recruitment activities and experienced in dealing with agencies
- Excellent English communication skills
