HR Manager

Job description / Role

Leading FMCG Organisation is looking for the HR Manager to manage their fast growing business operation in KSA. This role would involve implementing strong operational and strategic changes to the business.

The ideal candidate currently would be in a similar role with a large leading MNC/Regional Organisation.

Requirements

- Min Bachelor degree
- CIPD or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage
- 7-10 years of HR experience in GCC region
- Experience with multinational organization would be a strong advantage
- Experience in Change Management, Organisational Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Recruitment, Training
- Strong Managerial background
- Excellent leadership skills
- Solid experience across the HR Function
- Good command of English
- Arabic speakers only
