HR Manager

Job description / Role

This role is only open to Saudi National.

Our client are seeking a strong HR Manager for their Jubail operations who will:
- Support and contribute to the growth of the organization based on the organization’s ethics, philosophy, values,
- Manage HR initiatives in a customer focused way, building relationships with employees and Managers to identify, plan and execute on the HR solutions which will support business growth.
- Provide advice and counsel to the business on matters relating to KSA labour law and ensure compliance
- Coaching and mentoring both employees and managers in meeting the expectation of the business.
- Support the annual appraisal process, working with the line managers to enhance the knowledge base in this subject and ensure a robust and quality focused process is delivered year on year.
- Manage the day to day activity of the administration tasks in the HR department including but not limited to visa processing, employee documentation requests and decisions around policy.

Requirements

Be degree qualified or have relevant HR qualifications and have a minimum of 7-10 years HR generalist experience with at least 3 years people management experience.

You will be able to effectively build relationships, be a strong communicator in both English and Arabic and have a global mindset, be self-aware and mature with the ability to work independently and 'hands-on'
