Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The HR Manager is responsible for managing the human resources at AZAQ and its subsidiaries The HR Manager will work dedicatedly to provide full cycle HR guidance to align corporate business objectives. The HR manager with along with his team would be responsible for activities such as talent acquisition & development, employee relations, employee & management development, employee engagement and other related activities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of manpower plan as per the approved budget by consolidating different department requirements to create a consolidated plan and input budgetary requirements which include various kinds of cost assessment.

Manage recruitment and selection process such as:
- Development of Role/Profile specification
- Identifying channels for CVs sourcing, short listing of CVs as per the eligibility
- Identifying interview panel for hiring of employee, notify candidate on result and about the further process, Notify candidate on result and about the further process and review and revise the offer letter and sign off.

Manage employment confirmation related tasks which include:
- Employee document verification: decide on future course of action in case of missing documents, review submitted documents and employee onboard and induction
- Sign off on the job offer / cancellation letter as per company approved grades and pay scales
- Ensure and initiate the process of transfer of sponsorship of on boarded employees
- Review feedback and give recommendation on probation and confirmation of an employee

- Manage and ensure timely execution of Payroll and employee End of Service Benefits

Manage training rollout and execution which includes
- Extract training schedule
- Finalize requirements to conduct training

Manage employee leaves which includes approving manpower vacation plan, review and seek clarifications in case of adjustments in attendance record and approve for updating the records

Manage Post Appraisal Compensation Management which includes:
- Receive results of appraisal and check for any discrepancy
- Investigate the issue with the department head and employee and take appropriate action
- Prepare revised compensation / reward for individual employees

- Review and reconcile payroll sheet for correctness as per HR records and incorporate changes after consulting Officer-HR if necessary
- Approve employee loan request as per company policy
- Approve and execute employee benefits as per individual employee contract and company policy
- Conduct discussions with employee in case of resignation, receive/prepare termination case against employee in case of employee termination and get the final settlement amount acknowledged

Maintain employee code of conduct through following actions:
- Receive/Prepare Disciplinary action form
- Issue Show cause notice to the employee
- Convene a hearing and communicate outcome to the employee and take appropriate actions accordingly.
- Conduct meeting and notify employee on the outcome of meeting in case of employee grievances

- Ensure timely update of employee master file
- Manage and arrange for employee medical insurance
- Review and approve list for GOSI Payment Processing
- Identify need for contract Renewal/addition, submit RFP/RFQ and receive bids and inform the selected vendor and update records

Requirements

- Post graduate in HR domain, MBA(HR) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR domain with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Past experience in Middle Eastern countries is desirable

Other Requirements
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present ideas and training programs to all levels of the organization
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint). HRIS experience is mandatory
- Able to be proactive, prioritize work and handle multiple assignments in a timely manner
- Excellent project management experience with the proven ability to see through execution and implementation
- Strong conflict resolution, negotiating and facilitation skills
