HR Manager

Job description / Role

A Large multinational organization is looking for Saudi National HR Manager to run their business in KSA. The main focus of this role is to look after organizational excellence and growth. This position directly reports to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities:
- Establishing local HR Strategies in line with Global & Regional HR Strategies to fit local business need
- Work closely with other department heads and support recruitment , competence development & performance management initiatives
- Drive the localization initiatives to ensure that the company meets government stipulated level
- Develop and implement policies by formulating local policies in accordance to local Labor Law and Corporate/Regional HR policies to ensure that the company is perceived as professional and fair employer
- Responsible for employee services by coaching and managing the HR Department and line managers on labor issues , activities and requirements to ensure that company is in line with appropriate leg; requirements

Requirements

- Min 7-9 years of experience
- Min 5-6 years of experience in leading a team
- Min Bachelor degree, MBA, CIPD would be an advantage
- Experience in Change Management
- Executive leadership
- Methodical and systematic approach
- Strong Communication skills
