HR Manager

Job description / Role

Award-winning MNC in the Food industry is looking for a HR Manager to be based in Jeddah.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a large FMCG MNC specialising in food manufacturing. We require a HR Manager with experience of working as a HR administration, assistant or similar level ideally within a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. If you have experience as a HR generalist or HRBP within the KSA marketplace we certainly want to hear from you!

You will work as part of a HR team of ten staff members and will report to the HR Director and you will provide them with recommendations about policies and procedures from recruitment to C&B, as well as handling all other HR issues.

Requirements

- Assisting in managing and preparing the HR policies and procedures
- Directing the employee performance evaluation system
- Maintaining the compensation program
- Administrating the recruitment process and selection of personnel

The successful candidate will have Saudi Arabian experience, will be a positive and flexible individual, able to work as part of an established team and be confident to pick up new tasks quickly. You won't be afraid to approach staff at all levels and will be able to influence others to get work done. A proven track record of work experience in a similar role is required.

To be considered eligible for that role, you must have KSA experience within the FMCG field, ideally within food manufacturing.
