The Company

My client is looking for a HR manager within a growing privately owned business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The organisation is looking to expand and want to encourage morale within employees.

The Role

This position will provide the company with strategic and HR operational direction across all dimensions of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Manage employee relations by addressing demands/grievances or other issues.
* Manage the recruitment and selection process
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
* Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
* Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leave & compensation, resolve any issues that may arise
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
* Maintain payroll process and benefits program.
* Design and implement company policies
* Implement ERP system and provide counsel

Requirements

Key competencies and requirements

* Must be Saudi National
* Proven working experience as HR manager across preferably Food and Beverage, FMCG or hospitality industry.
* At least 5 to 8 years of experience within HR
* Knowledge and experience on how to implement ERP system
* Well versed in the understanding of labour law, HR policies, labour legislation
* Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Arabic and English.
