Job description / Role
As the HR Manager you will be responsible for a team of 15 with 4 departments of direct report, the role will report into the HR Director and touch on all aspects of operations and team management with around 20% strategic planning. Description
The Responsibilities will include:
• Developing HR policies and procedures
• Monitors and updates or chart structure/ recruitment and Saudization programme reports on a regular basis.
• Solves highly complex problems or unusual issues
• Counsels senior management and the management committee
• Responsible for the recruitment and hiring of employees on a timely manner
• Reports to management on recruitment updates
• Monitors division audits and recommends improvements to procedures and processes
• Analyses business plans and develops forecast of human resources requirements
• Develops systems to maintain data
• Works with management to plan and implement programmes supporting short and long term business needs
• Translates Arabic/English documents
• Identifies KPIs for HR Department
• Interprets government relations for the preparation of procedures and policy's
• Conducts strong legal analysis to diagnose what needs to be done to build positions and cases that can prevail in court and to create and find interpretations and strategies that can accomplish the uncommon law.
Job Offer
• A Total package of 40,000-45,000SAR

Requirements
The successful candidate will have/be:
• BS Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 15 years of significant experience or equivalent covering organisational development and structuring, recruitment, training and development, employee relations and performance evaluation.
• Masters degree in Human resources or SHRP Qualification
• General understanding of Human Resources regulations and Saudisation
• Mastery of labour law provisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Saudi national
• Strong ethics and reliability
