Job description / Role
A company specialized in real estate development and management with innovative ideas and excellence in service based in Jeddah is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its team. This role reports into the VP - Shared Services and is responsibility for managing a team of between 8-10 people.
Requirements

Aside from this the successful incumbent will come from the following background:
- 7 to 10 years experience as an HR generalist, preferably from a real estate / construction background
- Strong management experience, with a proven track record of managing teams
- Solid experience of implementing HR policies and practices
- Strong communications skills, especially with managing internal stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
