Job description / Role
• Manages and directs subordinates in the overall procurement of manpower for corporate and project needs (within limits of authority), including new hires and the reassignment from one project to another, depending on grades skill requirements and mobilization schedules.
• Supervise the disposition of personnel being mobilized from projects nearing completion, including reassignment to other projects, or termination and repatriation.
• Maintains and updates a skills inventory accessible to Project Managers to enable them to quickly ascertain the availability of personnel within the company to meet their needs, both by management/supervisory levels and craft competencies. Also maintains updated records of ex-employees in source countries available for recall when needed.
• Maintains and updates detailed and computerized database of all currently employed personnel, including professional qualifications and work experience, present assignments, salary increases and promotions/demotions, personal details, resumes’, leave records, medical history and other pertinent data.
• Monitors promotions and salary increases recommended by the Department Heads and Project Managers to ensure equitability and conformance to the company’s policies and procedures.
• Administers the procedures for Employee’s Performance Evaluation reports, receives and collates reports, reviews and makes recommendations to his immediate superior.
• Ensures inclusion of reports on employee’s files and takes appropriate action to expedite late or omitted reports.
• Receives and monitors reports from Department Heads and Project Managers on disciplinary cases, findings and awards of penalties.
• Inform his superior of unfairness, with recommendations and with appropriate reference to Labour & Workmen Law and individual Employment Contracts.
• Regularly review the Company’s Personnel Policies and Procedures and make recommendations to VP-Human Resources in respect of updates and amendments.
• Administer through subordinates the administration of vacation schedules, exit/re-entry and travel arrangement of personnel, supervise the travel arrangement of personnel being re-assigned between projects, or in the case of corporate staff arrangements to visit project sites within the kingdom.

• Nationality: Saudi National
• Total Experience: 10-15 years (Must be 5 yrs. as HR Manager role)
