Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A MNC FMCG manufacturing and distribution client seeks a talented HR Manager with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Saudi Nationals preferred or those in KSA holding a transferrable IQAMA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Support for KSA BU.
- Build adapted and consistent HR policies and procedures
- Deploy effectively AGH Group HR strategy in terms of performance management, people engagement, employees relations, compensation and benefits etc
- Deliver focused practical and result driven HR initiatives in line with local business strategy.
- Follow-up on compliance with Saoudisation and others local legislation
- Support Managing Director in Administration and Government relations HR related matters.
- Analyze practices and policies related to employees & establish common ones in line with company and local regulations
- Define standard on-boarding
- Ensure the integration of KSA in the HRIS develop by the group (Payroll Employee Central Success factors)
- Ensure consistency of employment contract and conditions
- Guide BU in employee proper documentation in line with local regulations
- Assess and Monitor compliance with saoudisation
- Manage the Grievance & disciplinary process
- Manage exit interview process
- Ensure Welfare of people in all BU units
- Coordinate recruitment process with the hiring manager in line with recruitment plan and budget
- Define the best sourcing approach
- Improve interview skill level of various units
- Plan and implement induction
- Drive local employer branding initiative adapted to our markets
- Ensure that annual employee performance assessments are conducted for all BU staff. This includes the annual goal setting process, the annual assessment process and feedback sessions that strive to raise the performance bar in the organization.
- Provide coaching and consulting to Managers on effective performance management intervention, manage discipline and grievances
- Contribute to Intranet portal for KSA
- Guide BU Managers in job grading structure to ensure consistency in each BU
- Ensure Key roles are well defined (job description)
- Guide on the fit for purpose organization
- Monitor People costs versus budget
- Assist Line managers create a motivational environment that is able to deliver exceptional results
- Establish method to improve communication internally and between various business units
- Improve Team spirit within each unit and others

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years experience in HR operational role, which involved performance management, employee relations and compensation and benefits in KSA in industrial company with established HR practices
- Experience with Blue collars employee
- Arabic and English fluency
- Ability to think strategically while being hands on and operational
- Detailed oriented - organized and structured
- Leadership - able to interact with management and drive change despite obstacles - take initiatives
- Transparent
- Enthusiasm - strong interpersonal skills
- Team spirit
