HR Planning & Performance Manager for a Leading FMCG Company in KSA
A leading FMCG Company in KSA is looking for a HR Planning & Performance Manager with a strong managerial background.
This is a senior role that reports to the Head of HR. This role would involve leasing with Top Management within the organization, establishing KPI’s, developing action plans, recruitment strategies, performance bonus scheme as well as focusing on supporting the entire HR function.
The ideal candidate currently be in a similar role with a large leading organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in KSA (relevant experience in Manufacturing, FMCG)
- Minimum 2-3 years HR Planning & Performance Management Experience
- Experience in manpower planning, budgeting, organizational development is a must
- A strong operations HR background
- Managing skills
