Responsibilities

• Develops and administers human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, training, and health and safety.
• Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals.
• Supervises human resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization.

• Requires a bachelor's degree.
• 3 years experience in the related area.
• Excellent organizational skills, with precise attention to detail
• Good knowledge of employment law and employee relations
• Excellent organization and Time Management skills with ability to coordinate and prioritize workload
• Understand and interpret data while drawing logical conclusions based on available inputs
• Strong presentation and communication skills -both verbal and written
