Job duties

• Acting on behalf of the HR manager in case he is not present.
• Assist the HR Manager in developing and updating the policy and procedure
• Implementing policies, procedures, rules, and regulations pertaining to personnel transactions in accordance with the approved Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain and update the employee's files in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Handle the recruitment process from building up pool of candidates, screening cvs, conducting interviews and tests, and handling the hiring and orientation procedures.
• Full knowledge of HRDF systems and procedures.
• Full knowledge of GOSI systems and procedures.

Requirements

Experience and skills required for the job

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• Four 4 Years Experience Required in the same field
• Expert computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the advanced use of spread sheets and electronic presentations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent business English skills - written and verbal is mandatory.
