Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: Manages, oversees, and participates in the day-to-day operations of a functional department in a centralized HR and IT Support Services Center where all or most of the service for applicable function is performed from centralized location.

Main responsibilities:
- Along with the Management, develops and implements controls and procedures to ensure that processing, analysis or reporting is done timely and accurately.
- Establishes metrics and monitors HR and IT efficiency. Ensures that staff are kept up-to-date with changes to policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicates with other departments within or external to their functional area for training or knowledge sharing purposes.
- Responsible for managing workflow and processes of HR and IT within the company.
- Implement changes to human resource & IT programs, at an organization-wide or individual level, in an efficient, accurate, and timely way.
- Ensure that organization and employee-related records are accurate, accessible and secure and in compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
- Information managed may include job history; retirement and insurance documentation; leave records; and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression.
- Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of para-professional staff to ensure that HR records management, processing, and other administrative activities are completed on time and within established budgets.
