Job Overview:

This leader must demonstrate a strong business acumen as well as expert knowledge of all aspects of human resource management at corporate and local (remote business units) levels

GCC responsibility for all aspects of human resource management including talent acquisition and talent management strategies; definition and implementation of a powerful and successful Saudization strategy in all the remote business units; organizational design and development; employee engagement and relations; compliance, and change management

Leads and motivates a growing team of Human Resources managers and specialists located in remote business units and at regional / cluster level, when applicable

Responsibilities:
• Senior stakeholders management
• Manage, mentor and empower a remote team of HR professionals to effectively partner with business leaders and achieve results
• Partner with the executive leadership team to analyze and prioritize business challenges faced by the organization and deploy HR interventions as needed
• Develop measurable realistic and adapted to the industry human resources policies, management plans and programs
• Ensure operational excellence, determine best practice and standardize HR operations to promote organizational efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensures equal employment opportunities and fair application of all policies and procedures
• Monitors measurement of Human Resources initiatives and ensures trends are identified and addressed including but not limited to time to fill openings, turnover, retention, employee engagement and wellness metrics
• Strives to improve and streamline departmental operations, through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work processes and program effectiveness/value
• Responsible for the budgetary control of all departments within the Human Resources function
• Leads an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies
• Coaches and develops skills in performance management, fair treatment, assists in diagnosing and designing solutions to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor of HR, Management or relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years in human resources management
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common industry, scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
• Fluent in Arabic and English
