The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers the graduates a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training. Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia has been established for more than 30 years and has three production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu with 5 sales offices and warehouses around the Kingdom and more than 500 employees. Jotun Saudia has ambitious growth plans and in order to support this growth, as a part of the Jotun MEIA graduate program, we are looking for a HSE Officer in the HSE Department. This position is based in Jeddah.

Responsibility:
- Coordinate risk assessment of potential occupational hazards, record, review assessment findings, and follow up on improvements for the site in accordance with HSEQ system with monitoring conformance to HSE standards.
- Facilitate incident investigations and keep records of accidents, near-misses in proper documentation and follow up on closures.Supervise HSE training activities in line with HSEQ management system.
- Conduct regular on-site visits in Production, Finished Goods and Raw Material Warehouses to identify and correct potential hazardous conditions.
- Conduct safety inspections according to HSE plans and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

- Saudi nationals only (Saudization program)
- Academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree)
- 1-3 years of relevant experienceGood command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages
