Human Resources Administrator known as the Human Resources Advisor

Purpose: To execute the day-to-day administration of relevant HR processes and procedures in compliance with SATORP’s HR policies, procedures and Saudi labour law.

- Follow-up and ensure the implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures within SATORP and contribute to the personnel administration systems. Ensure that all personnel files and records are properly administered and maintained.
- Maintain all personnel records and documents, including personal data, compensation, benefits, hires, promotions, violations, transfers, performance reviews and terminations of employees.
- Administer SATORP’s Personnel System and keep a track of employees’ vacations, leaves, entitlements, allowances and timesheets.
- Prepare and maintain all personnel related forms, letters, correspondences; memos and notices are accurately prepared, relayed and maintained.
- Advise employees on routine matters of employee affairs.
- Assist in handling basic HR administration tasks such as: data entry, filing and maintaining HR database.
- Prepare and send all HR correspondence to concerned organizations.
- Assist in the recruitment process through the preparation and issuance of job offers and contracts, the arrangement of job interviews and all related logistics and writing and placing job adverts.
- Collate new hires information and details in conjunction with the Staffing Division to ensure that all people are effectively set up on the personnel and payroll systems.
- Conduct induction tours for new hired employees.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior HR Administrator.

Requirements

- Two (2) years Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Three (3) years of experience in Human Resource Administration.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Conversant with Microsoft Office applications and SAP Human Resources Administration Software.
- Good customer services skills.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to perform work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of giving good attention to details.
- Good command of oral and written English.
