Human Resources Assistant - Qatar Airways - Jeddah

In this role, you will be responsible for full spectrum of HR administrative functions to support the efficient running of the station.

Accountabilities:
- Provide full administration support to the Human Resources Department such as checking attendance timings / issuing salary slips , etc
- Maintain and update employees personal files
- Update the employees’ leave records
- Assist in processing payroll
- Assist in Processing Salary Tax and Social Security
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process
- Assist in coordination of trainings
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports for the management
- Work with internal and external parties on HR issues
- Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to expiry of contract and assisting in all matters relating to contractual/employment matters
- Maintain confidentiality
- To perform Admin. Duties during absence of Executive Secretary
- And any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

- To be successful in this role, you will have a Diploma or associate degree or equivalent, and have a minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
- You should have knowledge of HR administration. Strong Organisational skills, ability to successfully complete several task concurrently. Maintain high levels of attention to detail documentation and record keeping and meet deadlines.You should have excellent computer skills including advanced skills in Microsoft office applications (word, excel)
- You must have Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. You should be able to multi-task and work independently. Have the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
