Job description / Role

Client is a leading international contractor working on a mega construction project based in Riyadh. They are looking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Director.

The role will be based in Riyadh and will be to oversee all HR aspects of a large joint venture consisting of international companies working on this prestigious infrastructure project.

Requirements

- A relevant degree ie Business Administration or similar
- Further HR Qualifications
- Experience of working in the construction industry
- A track record of managing the HR function within a joint venture or consortium
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be a Saudi Arabian National
