Thales has been selected to supply major electronic systems for air defence and the Group also supplied communication and optronic systems for the Army, the Saudi Arabia National Guards and the Air Force.

Essential duties

50% Learning Group Support

- Schedule and manage training class logistics for learning programs. Manage training collateral, clicker technology and participant materials.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration including class postings, record keeping and data maintenance.
- Manage educational reimbursement administration
- Manage local orientation collateral while supporting corporate orientation for support function.

30% Internal Communications Support

- Support state of the business meetings and other employee engagement forums
- Review and post HR communications and announcements ensuring use of templates and alignment with brand requirements.
- Update team member spotlights.

20% Team Member Benefits Support

- Rewards Administration
- Benefits Open Enrollment Support
- Benefits Issue Resolution

Other Duties as assigned and the following:

- Completion of employment verification. All duties include documenting processes and work instructions for every support activity.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years related experience in one or more areas of human resources, communications, project management or training.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using HRIS systems and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Verifiable writing proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in related field of study.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Experience supporting multiple corporate business or HR functions.
- Exposure to project management tools and principles.

- Must possess the following competencies: agility, collaboration, accountability, drive results and optimizing work processes.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective internal customer/business partner relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management acumen.
- Sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency in reporting metrics/data analytics.
