ICT Presales and Bids General Manager

Seeking a highly skilled and dynamic ICT (Telecom & IT) Presales and Bids General Manager. In this leadership role, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the presales activities related to ICT products and services (Telecom related) and Bid management.

• The holder of the role will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leading a team of presales professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with clients to understand their needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 15 years of proven experience in presales within the IT & telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of IT & telecom products, services, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Financial understanding (profitability, EBTIDA, Amortization, Depreciation, NPV, IRR, etc)
