Implementation Engineer (Development) /Solution Designer

Job description / Role

- Professional experience: 10 years,
- Excellent Avaya, VoiceObjects and Genesys configuration, administration, maintenance.
- Excellent knowledge of Avaya systems, Genesys platforms, Net-Net Session-Director Acme Packet (SBC), Voice Objects (Voxeo CXP).
- Specialist in Contact Centre (applications, application servers, media platforms, databases) and VoiP architecture, design and development.
- Specialist in development and maintain of the mobile self-care application like IVR, USSD, SMS, WEB Mobile application.
- Experiencing in the project management in the TA and PM roles. Implementation the ITIL processes in the Lead Process Manager role.
- Hands on experience in Voice Objects, Avaya Communications Manager, Avaya AURA, SBC, Genesys CTI and iWD, Total Recording.
- Managing and negotiation of the Underpinning Contract and SLA.
- UNIX, AIX, Windows.
- Very good knowledge of Database (ORACLE), Webservers (Apache, Web Logic, Jboss, Tomcat/Apache, Windows IIS), programming experience in SQL,Terdata and Oracle.
- Good in Project Management
