IN & VAS NOC Engineer

Job description / Role

- Surveillance of all types of Alarms for all IN & VAS nodes.
- Monitoring of all KPIs for all IN & VAS nodes.
- Handling of all Trouble Tickets and responding to them within defined SLA timelines.
- Interface with different departments like Back Office, Planning, Core, IT, Billing, Customer Services etc.
- Conducting Health checks of all IN & VAS nodes, and follow-up issues with concern teams.
- Compilation of Stats / Reports as per requirement.
- Co-ordination of all planned activities on IN & VAS nodes.

Requirements

- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) with minimum 02 years’ experience
- Coordination for Installation, expansion and upgrades related to all IN & VAS nodes.
- Implementation / Understanding of database on all IN & VAS nodes.
- Protocol/Service traces and CDR analysis.
- Trouble-shooting and resolution of daily customer complaints within SLA.
- Trouble-shooting and resolution of VIP / Roaming customer complaints.
- Backups monitoring and maintenance.
- Spares management.
- User administration.
- Maintenance of equipment room’s environmental conditions.
