Introduction

Our Infrastructure Architects are responsible for keeping up with the latest and greatest of these changes and using their expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and products.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Security Architect is the primary technical IT Security focal point having the overview about the contractual agreed Security Services Solution and clarifying potential requests from client or GTS with the corresponding Security Delivery entities, e.g. assessing the IT Security impact of new GTS IT infrastructure projects, being able to define solution improvements for potential or existing data breaches or the coordination of the IBM Resolver Groups and creation and monitoring of changes to the Security solution.

The Security Architect has the overview about the contractual agreed Security Services Solution and clarifies potential requests from client or GTS with the corresponding Security Delivery entities, e.g. by assessing the IT Security impact of new GTS IT infrastructure projects, defining solution improvements for potential or existing data breaches and creation and monitoring of changes to the Security solution. Furthermore, the Security Architect will be responsible to collect and evaluate new Security requirements from the IBM Operations team or MATCH customer during the Steady State. He closely interacts and cooperates with the GTS Account Chief Architect.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in IT Outsourcing / IT Operations
- Experience in IT Security, Information Security Management or Risk and Compliance
- Experience within a technology and risk and compliance environment required, specific security experience, too
- Establish strong client relationships to drive success of the project and additional business
- Experienced working across diverse teams to solve unstructured problems and facilitate solutions
- Fluent English spoken and written

Requirements

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in Mainframe operations
- Extensive track record in delivering large-scale, complex and multi-year security transformation programs / projects
- Working with global and local teams, help organize project approaches and teams for client delivery
