Thales has been selected to supply major electronic systems for air defence and the Group also supplied communication and optronic systems for the Army, the Saudi Arabia National Guards and the Air Force.

As an Inside Sales Representative in Gemalto, you will generate revenue by selling and servicing accounts via the phone, Internet and face to face. You will learn and be able to present Gemalto products and services to customers or prospects. You will be responsible for closing new business and forecasting all sales activity on a quarterly basis. You will track all sales activity in CRM system.

A week in the life of an Inside Sales Representative:
- You will be responsible for existing customer management including pricing, forecasting, product information and problem resolution.
- You will use furnished list of telephone numbers and follow an established sales script to inform customers and prospect of company products/services.
- You will place outbound calls to solicit sales, usually involving add-on sales to existing customers or smaller sized new accounts.
- You will be responsible for moderately complex and somewhat difficult to close sales.
- You will develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- To do this job, you must have: a strong computer skills and knowledge of Gemalto sales tools.
- You must be fluent in English.
- We would like someone to join our team who has strong communication and negotiation and analytical skills. You must be results-oriented, good at time management, autonomous, honest.
- You need to have a Bachelor degree.
- We are looking for someone with 3 years of sales experience. If you have technology sales experience you will be preferred.
