Job description / Role
Job duties
• Instrumentation Engineer are responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
Requirements
Experience and skills required for the job
• Relevant degree level qualification in Engineering
• Preferably 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• Conversant with relevant international standards and Codes of Practice
• Working knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards (preferred) and Wood Procedures (preferred)
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Knowledge and experience of a wide range of C&I equipment and its application in both conventional and safety-related applications
• Working knowledge of Safety Instrumented System design requirements.
• Keen safety awareness
• Working knowledge of SPI / Intools, Foundation Fieldbus design methods and IEC hazardous area requirements
