Job description / Role
Investment Banking Head / Corporate Finance - Saudi Nationals Preferred
• Report to the CEO of the Company
• Strong knowledge in Financial analysis, quantitative skills, awareness of market & industry trends,
• Provide support to manage Company’s corporate portfolio of investments.
• Create business plans, valuations and financial modeling, to help management take investment decisions.
• Originate and structure investment banking/corporate finance deals such as M&A, IPO, PE, Private Placements, ECM transactions
• Maximizes sales efforts and implements effective selling and cross-selling channels to achieve Company’s financial targets
• Oversee investor reporting, asset performance and mitigation of losses on investments i.e. support with restructuring, exit options
• Prepare reports highlighting portfolio performance and risks.
Requirements
• At least 9 years experience with similar role & responsibilities
• Strong Financial analysis, quantitative skills, awareness of market & industry trends knowledge
• Bachelor/BA or Master degree in Finance or Accounting
