Our client, a charitable organisation focused on providing affordable housing options to in-need families across KSA requires a Saudi National Investment Director to join them in Riyadh, KSA.

The organisation has 20 years of experience in providing social housing, has a new and strengthened board of directors and a large capital injection with a clear vision to maximize the number of beneficiaries in the shortest amount of time.

Requirements

The Investment Director reports to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for devising investment strategy, develop funds, structuring deals, develop & create fundraising, monitor risks and support marketing initiatives to source fundraising and new opportunities.

Suitable candidates will be a Saudi national with more than 8 years of relevant experience preferably with some experience working for an investment house. You will have a relevant degree and CFA certifications.
