Job description / Role
We are Currently recruiting for a Technology Support Analyst for one of the World's most respected and largest Financial Institutions. Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, you will be the sole support for their Riyadh office and lead all the tech provisioning.
* Determine and document infrastructure needs (CPU, storage, replication, backup & restore requirements) for organisation.
* Respond to, troubleshoot and resolve end-user computing hardware, application and database related issues.
* Provide hands-on support for local Infrastructure (Server, Network, Database and Security)
* Provide 1st & 2nd level on-site and remote IT support to the service desk.Meets established technology service levels set by management and metrics for team
Requirements
* +3 years of experience as a Support Analyst preferably in a Financial Institution
* Previous experience of working in Saudi Arabia is a must.
* Hands on experience with Technologies such a Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Juniper.
* PMP and/or ITILv3 Foundation qualification is preferable.
