Job description / Role
A junior management consultant is required to join a project team for a limited duration whereas the consultancy job is focused on HR consultancy for one of our clients.
The job duration is 4 months.
• The candidate is required to be part of the HR consultancy to be performed for the client, this includes developing all policies, procedures, workflows and templates in all HR aspects.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related fields
• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent predestination skills
• Arabic Speaker
• Excellent Team player
• The ability to work under pressure
