WSP are looking for a Junior PRO to provide high quality HR service to the project team by providing administrative support, advice, and guidance to ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with our company policies and labour laws.

The key objectives of the role will be to;

Getting employees’ and their dependents’ visas issued and renewed at the time will allow them working and staying legally in the region.

How will you know when you are successful in this role?

- Responsible for preparation and processing visas application forms in the concern authorities (ministry of manpower and immigration departments) as per the applicable regulations
- Prepare and process employees’ visas transfer, visas cancelation and final exits
- Provide support to employees and when required, their dependents, with processing their medical tests
- Arrange and process employees’ labour contracts, Identity Cards, Residence Cards and visa stamping and process employees’ dependents residence visas
- Arrange business and visit visas
- Manage all payments, concerning visas processing, and submit the relevant receipts, bills and expense claims as per the company’s policy
- Manage the attestation of official documents from the ministry of foreign affairs and different embassies / consulates as required by the business
- Responsible for employees’ registration in social insurance authorities as required
- Assist with the registration of Engineers in the local Society of engineers & municipalities as per the business requirements

Requirements

In order to meet the challenge you will have the following skills and experience

- Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in dealing with construction/engineering projects
