Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and technical experience in own discipline with a moderate level of guidance.
- Analyzes factual information and possible solutions and makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations.
- Understands how the team integrates with other teams in order to achieve overall objectives of the area and builds knowledge of the organization, processes, customers and key business drivers.
- Responsible for the achievement of qualitative and quantitative sales objectives in a specific territory, for product line(s) or account(s).
- Contacts and visits exclusively medical specialists in hospitals and other clinical institutions and ensures highest level of customer service.
- The highly competitive environment requires consulting and sales skills in addition to comprehensive knowledge of products and market.

Scope of People Responsibility:
- Manages own workload.
- Provides informal guidance and support to new team members with regard to the procedures to follow and the specific tasks required to perform the job effectively.

Requirements

- Male.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Transferable Iqama.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Background in an International FMCG (non-food) or Pharmaceutical company.
- Fluent in English.

Typically requires a graduate degree (or equivalent) that provides knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within a discipline.

Work Experience:
- Requires relevant professional experience (approximately 2-4 years as a guide)
- Non-graduate jobholders require a substantial amount of professional experience and additional qualifications that also provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts..
