- Hiring Account Manager role for one of the leading 3 PL logistics provider in the region.
- The Account Manager is the advocate of the customer inside client and represents Client in customer meetings.
- His main objectives are to ensure Client services are complying with the customer's contract terms and quality requirements, reporting any dissatisfaction or new requirements promptly to the operations team or the GM for planning resolution actions, developing a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
- He is to identify business opportunities and where possible generate additional revenue.
Requirements
To apply you need to have the below :
- 3-5 Years of experience in hardcore 3PL customer service role inside KSA plus serving FMCG, pharma clients.
- Available to join ASAP.
- Location : Jeddah
