Overview of the role:
- The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying and initiating business with potential/existing fleet customers, by presenting tailored fleet mobility solutions to B2B (Business to Business) and B2G (Business to Government) customers. You will be responsible for promoting the Al Futtaim Electric Mobility brand to achieve your sales objectives while ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

What you will do:
- Achieve quarterly/ annual corporate sales targets set by the department lead
- Develop a strong relationship with potential key accounts to lock annual purchase plans. Maintaining and cultivating the relationship with the B2B (Business to Business) accounts within the assigned territory, along with providing ongoing support
- Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analysing sales options
- Be the single point of contact for all key accounts related inquiries or concern for Al Futtaim
- Identifying product and service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market, and competitors' activities
- Ensure business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of Customer data capture and accuracy at all Point of Sales
- Preparing fleet reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
- Maintaining accounts receivable within company guidelines

Requirements

Required skills to be successful:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Automotive B2B (Fleet) experience.
- 2 years in a commercial, business to business sales or major account sales role dealing with Government and Corporate organizations
- Knowledge in worksheets, word processing, presentation and database management.

About the team:
- This role will be reporting to the Head of B2B.

- Administration and Management: Basic Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
- Sales and Marketing: Basic knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, and selling products or services.
- Financial and Accounting: Not necessary, but advantageous - General knowledge of Accounting and Financial principles and procedures.
- Time Management: Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Management of Personnel Resources: Not necessary, but advantageous - Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
- Stress Tolerance: Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.
- Achievement/Effort: Job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks.
- Good Commercial Acumen: Highly numerate, good levels of client empathy, strong negotiator and very persuasive. You must be honest and responsible with high levels of personal integrity and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
