Landscape Architect

We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for a Landscaping Architect for one of our clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which the Kingdom’s leading developer and manager of luxurious commercial properties (Hospitality Management, Commercial Real Estate and Food and Beverage).

Responsibilities:
• The candidate should have experience in landscape architecture and gardening, designing eco-friendly outdoor spaces for various purposes.
• They should incorporate knowledge of ecology, graphic design, plant materials, construction, and computer technology.
• They should consider budget, client needs, functionality, government regulations, and environmental impact when designing a site.
• They should research natural and man-made features, be knowledgeable about current landscape practices, and have a good creative flair.
• They should oversee planning, design, and develop outdoor environments for client needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape
• Minimum of 10 year’s experience in engineering and maintenance primarily in Landscaping and Maintenance in major projects with Architectural background.
• Experience in mega projects (landscaping projects.
• Knowledge with Green Riyadh Concept
• Must have AutoCAD 3D skills
