Job description / Role
- Making, summarizing and processing legal documentation and procedures
- Drafting all sorts of legal documents including Agreements, Contracts, Legal notices, Legal Defense statements, etc.
- Good dealing with clients
- Ensuring that all formalities, paperwork and legal scope of work is achieved in terms of government regulations.
- Real estates & Projects Registrations.
- Court pleadings.
- Consolidations, Settlements and refunds related to the clients.
- Formation of new companies, renewals of existing companies.
- Represent of the company in case of any legal dispute and court case and liaise with internal and external lawyers.
- Prepare detailed defense statements in case of court hearings and expert meetings in a manner that safeguards the company’s interest as per the legal requirements.
- Seize to settle the cases amicably in favor of the Company.
- Review the contracts with Contractor/s, Consultant/s, Project Manager/s, Supplier/s, Sub contractor/s.
- Issue letters, warranties, guarantees etc if required, in a manner which serves the purpose of the documents without exposing the company to unnecessary risk and liability.
Requirements
- University degree in law
- 3-7 years of experience
- To be common law admitted & Common law jurisdiction specially in Saudi Law
- Good knowledge in Saudi labor law
- Good knowledge in Joint Venture agreements
- Good knowledge in Commercial agreements
- Fluent in English Language
